UICC to mi\u0119dzynarodowa organizacja non-profit z siedzib\u0105 w Genewie, za\u0142o\u017cona w 1933 roku. Skupia ponad 1200 cz\u0142onk\u00f3w z ponad 170 kraj\u00f3w, w tym fundacje, instytuty badawcze, organizacje pacjenckie oraz instytucje zdrowia publicznego. Jej g\u0142\u00f3wnym celem jest wspieranie inicjatyw z zakresu profilaktyki, diagnostyki i leczenia nowotwor\u00f3w oraz promowanie polityk zdrowotnych opartych na dowodach naukowych.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Przynale\u017cno\u015b\u0107 do UICC to dla naszej fundacji ogromne wyr\u00f3\u017cnienie i zaszczyt. Otwiera przed nami nowe mo\u017cliwo\u015bci wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy mi\u0119dzynarodowej, wymiany do\u015bwiadcze\u0144 i wiedzy z ekspertami z ca\u0142ego \u015bwiata. Wierzymy, \u017ce to cz\u0142onkostwo pomo\u017ce nam jeszcze skuteczniej realizowa\u0107 nasz\u0105 misj\u0119 – wspiera\u0107 osoby z do\u015bwiadczeniem choroby nowotworowej i ich bliskich, rozwija\u0107 programy edukacyjne oraz propagowa\u0107 \u015bwiadomo\u015b\u0107 zdrowotn\u0105 w Polsce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are proud to announce that the Rakiety Oncology Foundation has officially become a member of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) – one of the leading international organizations working to improve the lives of people affected by cancer worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UICC is a non-profit organization based in Geneva, founded in 1933. It brings together over 1,200 members from more than 170 countries, including foundations, research institutes, patient organizations, and public health institutions. Its primary goal is to support initiatives in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and care, while promoting evidence-based health policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being part of UICC is a great honor for our foundation. It opens up new opportunities for international collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and experience with experts from around the globe. We believe that this membership will help us further our mission – to support individuals affected by cancer and their loved ones, develop educational programs, and promote health awareness across Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining UICC marks a milestone in the development of our foundation. We are confident that this collaboration will enable us to respond even more effectively to the needs of oncology patients and contribute to positive changes in the healthcare system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
