It is not only help in everyday activities, but also accompaniment during a visit to the office or cultural, entertainment or sports events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project will only offer assistance support to residents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Masovian Voivodeship (Szyd\u0142owiecki County: Szyd\u0142owiec Commune, Oro\u0144sko Commune, Otwock County: Otwock Commune, Karczew Commune, Soko\u0142\u00f3w County: Soko\u0142\u00f3w Commune, Capital City of Warsaw) and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Bochnia County, Bochnia Commune, Tarn\u00f3w subregion (i.e. Tarn\u00f3w City, Tarn\u00f3w County, Tarn\u00f3w Commune, Wojnicz Commune, Brzesko Commune), D\u0105browa County, D\u0105browa Tarnowska Commune) belonging to the group of persons with disabilities with a certificate of:&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>a) with a significant degree of disability with multiple disabilities <br>b) with a significant degree of disability&nbsp;<br>c) with a moderate degree of disability with multiple disabilities <br>d) with a moderate degree of disability, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>including equivalent judgments* <br><br>* treated equally to those mentioned in letters a, b, c, d in accordance with Article 5 and Article 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 573).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RECRUITMENT IS CONDUCTED UNTIL 31.03.2025 OR UNTIL THE POSITIONS ARE FILLED<\/strong><br><br>For more information about the project, please contact our office.<br><br>Rakiety Oncology Foundation<br>Stryje\u0144skich 19, room U21\/21A, 02-791 Warsaw<br>e-mail:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:a.krysiak@fundacjarakiety.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a.krysiak@fundacjarakiety.pl<\/a><br>tel: 732 642 222<br><br><strong>NEWS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the exhaustion of places in the project, we are closing the first stage of recruitment on 15.01.2025.
