The Rakiety Oncological Foundation is recruiting people to participate in the task entitled: "Increasing access of people with disabilities to vocational and social rehabilitation." 
The project is addressed to 10 adults with a certificate of severe or moderate disability, residing in the province. Lesser Poland: the town of Tarn\u00f3w, Tarn\u00f3w, D\u0105browa, Brzeg poviats and the poviat Bochnia regardless of their status on the labor market (unemployed, economically inactive, employed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The basis for activities in the project is the diagnosis of needs made by the care manager, which involves conducting an in-depth interview, analyzing the family, health and professional situation and, on this basis, preparing a document containing the type and intensity of support provided to a given beneficiary as part of personal assistance services for an average duration of 118 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The task is carried out in the form of providing assistant services as part of a daily stay in the place of residence of a person with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT IS FREE. RECRUITMENT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL PLACES ARE FULFILLED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
