The Rakiety Oncological Foundation is recruiting for the "Respite care for family members or guardians of people with disabilities" program - 2023 edition as part of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy Program financed by the Solidarity Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is addressed to family members or guardians who require support in the form of an ad hoc, temporary break in providing direct care for children with a disability certificate, as well as for people with a certificate of a significant degree of disability or a certificate treated on an equal footing with a certificate of a significant degree of disability. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of the Program is to support family members or guardians living in the province. Lesser Poland (Bochnia poviat, Brzeg poviat, D\u0105browa poviat, Tarn\u00f3w city, Tarn\u00f3w poviat, Gorlice poviat) providing direct care for:
1) children with a disability certificate;
2) disabled people who have:
a) a certificate of significant disability or
b) the judgment treated on an equal footing with the judgment referred to in point (a). a, in accordance with Art. 5 and art. 62 of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 573, as amended),
\u2013 through the possibility of obtaining ad hoc, temporary help in the form of respite care services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is implemented in the form of providing respite care services as part of a daily stay in the place of residence of a person with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RECRUITMENT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL PLACES ARE FULFILLED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
