Z o. o. is recruiting for the &quot;Absolwent 3&quot; project as part of the &quot;Absolwent&quot; program co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. We will start with a series of meetings with a psychologist and a career advisor, who will determine the further path of participation in the project depending on your predispositions: obtaining professional qualifications, completing specialized courses and training or completing a three-month or six-month professional internship. Additional consultations with a career advisor, support from a job agent and a career coach are also planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can take part in the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Persons who meet all of the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students in their last year of studies or graduates, people studying at a university in their last year or having a professional title\/scientific degree issued no earlier than 60 months before the date of joining the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People with a disability certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People residing in the province Masovian Voivodeship (12 people) and Lesser Poland Voivodeship (12 people);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People who are unemployed (this should be understood as an unemployed person or job seeker who does not perform any paid work, registered or unregistered with the Labor Office);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not participating in other projects financed by PFRON.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do we offer as part of the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support from a psychologist (3 hours) and a career advisor (5 hours) in the field of professional activation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation to enter the labor market with a career advisor (3 hours);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support of an employment agent (24 hours) and a coach (2 hours);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financing a vocational course\/training;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three-month or six-month professional internships with an internship stipend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><em>The support offered will depend on an individually developed career path.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What documents do you need to submit?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed recruitment documents (form, declaration of participation along with consent to the processing of personal data);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of disability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A diploma of completion of higher education or a certificate from a higher education institution confirming the completion of studies in the last year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A certificate from ZUS or PUP (depending on your status on the labor market).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RECRUITMENT IS CONDUCTED CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL PLACES ARE FULFILLED!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can obtain more information about the project by contacting our office.
