THEY FOUND THAT BEEF HAS THE HIGHEST CARBON FOOTPRINT THROUGH THE ENTIRE PRODUCTION CHAIN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STUDY SHOWS THAT REPLACING 10% DAILY CALORIES FROM BEEF AND PROCESSED MEAT WITH FOODS INCLUDING WHOLE GRAINS, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, NUTS AND LEGUMS CAN ADD 48 MINUTES TO YOUR HEALTHY LIFE U DAILY AND REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT BY UP TO ONE THIRD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FOOD HAS ALSO BE DIVIDED INTO THREE GROUPS: GREEN, YELLOW AND RED.
