The project is implemented in the period: September 1, 2017 - October 31, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The target group is 130 people:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>living exclusively in rural areas of the province. \u0141\u00f3d\u017a (DEGURBA 3),<\/li><li>at risk of poverty and social exclusion,<\/li><li>not working,<\/li><li>people or families using social assistance benefits,<\/li><li>people with disabilities,<\/li><li>people qualified for help profile III,<\/li><li>people benefiting from the Food Aid Operational Program.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the project, we plan to implement the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>professional internships and internship scholarships,<\/li><li>training and courses improving professional competences and qualifications,<\/li><li>individual employment agency,<\/li><li>individual career counseling,<\/li><li>individual diagnosis of participants&#039; needs and potentials prepared by qualified specialists,<\/li><li>individual psychological support in improving life competences and social skills,<\/li><li>psychosocial, civic and legal counseling.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>It is estimated that as a result of the project implementation <em>Better future<\/em> 52 people (31 women, 21 men) will gain employment, 71 people (43 women, 28 men) will obtain professional qualifications, which will bring long-term value, acquiring knowledge and skills to be used in their future work. Moreover, we estimate that 65 people (39 women, 26 men) will start looking for a job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total project value: PLN 2,023,448.16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EU contribution: PLN 1,719,930.94<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funding level: 85%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Design <em>Better future<\/em> is implemented by the Find Help Foundation in partnership with the National Labor Center sp. z o. o. and is co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Voivodeship 2014-2020.<br><br>********************************************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Market awareness regarding career counseling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&quot;Find Help&quot; Foundation<\/strong>, with its registered office: Al.
