Silesia (cities: Chorz\u00f3w, Katowice, Sosnowiec),<\/li><li>is a person of working age: 18-60 years for women and 18-65 years for men,<\/li><li>is a socially excluded person or at risk of poverty or social exclusion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As part of the Project, we offer the following forms of support:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>developing and monitoring an individual reintegration path for the participant,<\/li><li>support from a psychologist, community worker and career advisor,<\/li><li>training of social competences and skills,<\/li><li>psychosocial, civic, legal and health counseling,<\/li><li>volunteering in oncology departments,<\/li><li>possibility of co-financing physiotherapy for people with disabilities,<\/li><li>training in professional skills and digital competences,<\/li><li>professional internships with an internship scholarship.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A person interested in participating in the Project submits the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>completed recruitment documents (application form;
