Its goal is to provide real support to young people and adults in taking care of their health, developing informed pro-health attitudes, and supporting early cancer detection.<\/p><p>It is a combination of knowledge, experience and practice that translates into specific skills and greater responsibility for one&#039;s own health.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aea3044 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aea3044\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The foundation of the program - practical prevention<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-917402b elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"917402b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-200d2a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"200d2a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The &quot;ProfiRAKtyka w szkole&quot; (ProfiRAKtyka at School) program is based on workshops on breast and testicular self-examination, conducted using specialized educational manikins. Participants learn:<\/p><ul><li>how to perform self-examination correctly,<\/li><li>how to recognize disturbing changes and symptoms,<\/li><li>when and where to seek further diagnosis.<\/li><\/ul><p>An integral part of the classes is also education on skin moles \u2013 with particular emphasis on melanoma prevention and the principles of regular self-examination.<\/p><p>The program is based on active participation by participants.
