Malignant breast cancer changed my whole life.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
I have been struggling with the disease since 2016 \u2013 that's when I was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer with metastases to the lymph nodes.<\/div>\n
I underwent all available treatment\u2014chemotherapy, surgery, and complementary therapies. Over the next few years, I lived a full life and enjoyed good health.\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Four years later, the disease returned with a vengeance.\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
In 2021, I was diagnosed with breast cancer again, with distant metastases to my cervical nodes, lungs, and spine. Despite repeated radiation and chemotherapy, the disease persists. The cancer continues to spread. A year ago, further metastases were detected, which, despite radiation treatments two months ago, began to grow.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Doctors don't give me hope for a cure, but I still believe that one day it will be successful. I believe I will be able to enjoy a peaceful life with my family and pursue my dreams. The time since diagnosis has been one of constant vigilance, tests, doctor's appointments, evolving therapies, side effects, and a race against time. I want to continue treatment to prolong my life and maintain its quality for as long as possible.<\/div>\n

I often hear "you look healthy.".<\/div>\n
The truth is, however, that cancer doesn't always leave visible marks. The hardest part happens inside\u2014in the body and in the heart. Treatment isn't just about hospitalization, chemotherapy, tests, and travel. It's about daily weakness, pain, and constant fear for the future. There are days when my smile masks how much strength I lack. Every day I try to regain my health and normalcy.\u00a0<\/div>\n

In the face of such a trial, one begins to realize how precious life is. One wants to enjoy every moment.<\/div>\n
I am grateful that I have family and friends who support me every day and give me the strength to overcome difficulties.<\/div>\n
