With cancer \u2013 ovarian cancer<\/strong> - I'm struggling for 10 years<\/strong>. Although it hasn\u2019t always been easy, I\u2019m still moving forward \u2013 step by step, with faith and determination. Cancer is a tough opponent, but it hasn\u2019t robbed me of my sense of purpose or my will to live. It\u2019s a tough and demanding path, and I\u2019ve been through a lot: numerous surgeries, chemotherapy, radiation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Despite intensive treatment, the disease still refuses to let go. Long-term therapy has put a heavy burden on my body \u2013 the kidneys suffered the most<\/strong>, whose functioning has been seriously impaired. Therefore, I have to use a specialized diet<\/strong>, which is not cheap. These expenses also include costs related to travel to visits, supplements, and medications.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I don't know yet what the effects of the radiotherapy I'm currently undergoing will be. I have an appointment with an oncologist, during which I'll find out what the future treatment plans are.<\/p>\n

My driving force<\/strong> is mine family<\/strong>and especially mine husband<\/strong>. I would like to be able to be with them as long as possible and to fulfill my dreams if possible. I try to live the best I can \u2013 with gratitude for each day and the strength that I find in myself and in my loved ones.<\/p>\n

At the moment, I'm waiting for the results of a follow-up CT scan and additional genetic tests.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
If the treatment doesn't help, I will be forced to seek an unreimbursed treatment abroad (Israel) which is very expensive.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
