Zuzia is 5 years old. Like every little girl, she likes to play, sing and dance. She loves drawing and doing puzzles, she is interested in solving puzzles, she is very smart and brilliant!<\/p>\n
She was diagnosed in March 2020\u00a0malignant tumor of soft tissues<\/strong>. Since then, we have had many hospital stays, many tests, surgery and radiotherapy. Currently, Zuzia goes for chemotherapy to the daily chemotherapy department (at the Children's Health Center in Mi\u0119dzylesie). Each time he comes to the ward, he has tests performed and chemotherapy administered. He takes medication at home and gathers strength for subsequent visits to the hospital. It has a built-in port, so there is no need to insert the needle every time. She will also have an abdominal MRI in February.<\/p>\n The treatment has been going on for several months. The effects of chemotherapy include declines in test results. The body needs more and more time to regenerate.<\/p>\n The first chemotherapy was a particularly difficult time for Zuzia, her long hair fell out and it was difficult to explain to her why and when it would grow back...<\/strong> Today, the energy is back, the mood is back, Zuzia has an appetite and a desire to have fun.<\/p>\n Unfortunately treatment costs are huge for us\u2026<\/strong> include travel to the hospital, necessary accommodation while waiting for tests, purchase of medicines, and additional medical consultations.
