My name is Grzegorz and I am 60 years old. In the winter of 2019, I noticed that I often got up to go to the bathroom at night, i.e. 2-3 times. I decided to do some tests and go to a urologist, who said that my results may indicate cancer. A biopsy was performed in February 2020. It showed that I had cancerous infiltrates on the prostate lobes. I was referred to the Oncology and Traumatology Center. M. Copernicus University in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a<\/p>\n
First, I underwent 6 cycles of chemotherapy. Subsequent tests showed that, unfortunately, bone metastases were occurring. In 2021, due to severe pain in my legs, pelvic area and spine, I was ordered to undergo 10 radiation treatments in the form of radiotherapy. After further treatment, when I thought everything was going well, a CT scan showed further metastases to the bones and two places in the liver. After my last visit in September 2023, further treatment in hospital with a different drug was ordered.<\/p>\n
My latest diagnosis is: prostate cancer with bone metastases and metastases to other organs<\/strong>\u2013 progression.<\/p>\n I dream of living for myself and my loved ones.
