I am a happy mother of two daughters, Polina, 11, and Angelina, 18.<br \/>I have various interests, but I especially like observing and photographing birds.<br \/>I remember March 23, 2023, when I visited the doctor who diagnosed me <strong>triple negative breast cancer<\/strong>. Then I asked myself: \u201cWhy me? I&#039;m only 38 years old and I&#039;m a mother of such cool kids.<br \/>Nevertheless, I mobilized myself and told myself: &quot;I won&#039;t give up, I will fight and I will win!&quot;<\/p>\n<p>And so I started. A few doctor&#039;s visits, general tests and finally the first chemotherapy on May 5, 2023.<br \/>At the same time, during the medical consultation, I was informed that I had to use a drug called Keytruda every three weeks, which unfortunately is not reimbursed in Poland. The cost of one dose of the drug is PLN 17,000. To have a chance to live a peaceful life and go with my children to our beloved campsite, I have to take about 16 such doses. These are costs that I cannot cover myself. Fortunately, since July, Keytruda has been on the list of reimbursed drugs. Op\u0142acone przeze mnie faktury za wspomniany lek s\u0105 tylko cz\u0119\u015bciowo op\u0142acone z funduszy zebranych na tej zbi\u00f3rce, poniewa\u017c zebrana kwota nie pozwoli\u0142a na ich ca\u0142o\u015bciowe pokrycie.
