My name is Beata, I struggle with... breast cancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is not the only disease that has taken its toll on me in my life - at the age of 17, I experienced an acute attack of rheumatic disease and meningitis, the treatment of which permanently damaged my liver, which doctors discovered many years later by accident. I went through a difficult divorce, after which I left my family home and came to Lublin. I had nothing, no job, no money, I slept in the car for the first week... but I managed, I wasn't afraid of anything! I quickly became an "orchestra person", I did everything I could, no job was scary for me - and after some time I was earning so much that I even managed to financially support my daughter in need.<\/p>\n

In November 2019, I received a diagnosis that changed everything. Breast cancer.<\/p>\n

I was misled and did not know that I was entitled to a pension, which I finally started receiving only a year later, which greatly affected my savings. Obviously \u2013 cancer means treatment, commuting, additional tests, supporting the body with additional treatments,<\/strong> but a person cannot work while doing so, the savings disappear instantly.<\/p>\n

I'm undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy... During the white chemotherapy, it turned out that I was allergic to it, which appeared after the 6th chemotherapy... because now visits to the doctor are at a distance - my rash was not noticed, I assumed it was a normal reaction, only after taking the next two, when the symptoms became very severe - it turned out to be an allergy and I had to stop taking them. Besides, any chemotherapy for my damaged liver is a huge burden on the body, resulting in great weakness and dizziness... I need 10-12 hours. sleep to feel rested and at least somewhat okay. Otherwise, I suffer from dizziness, weakness, memory problems, and sometimes I am at a loss for words.<\/p>\n

My worsening condition during the illness prevents me from working, I live on a pension, I also support myself by helping students whenever possible, but due to my weakness I cannot do it for too long during the day. Despite the difficult situation, I also help elderly parents who live 3 km from the nearest store and already have problems with shopping...<\/p>\n

Despite this, I have always thought and will continue to think positively. I know it's a disease I simply have to get over. I live a normal life, if it weren't for my bald head - I wouldn't think so much about the disease.<\/p>\n

W zwi\u0105zku z czym potrzebuj\u0119 protezy na 4 implantach, a to niestety koszt ponad moje mo\u017cliwo\u015bci. Ponadto mam usuni\u0119te wszystkie paznokcie u n\u00f3g, kt\u00f3re uleg\u0142y zniszczeniu po chemii, a wizyty u podologa s\u0105 sporym obci\u0105\u017ceniem. Dodatkowo po leczeniu stwierdzono u mnie cukrzyc\u0119, zniszczone p\u0142uco i os\u0142abione serce, co jest skutkiem radioterapii. Mimo wszystko nie poddaj\u0119 si\u0119. \u00a0Mam dla kogo \u017cy\u0107, mam dwie cudowne wnuczki oraz c\u00f3rk\u0119, z kt\u00f3rymi aktualnie mieszkam z powodu obci\u0105\u017ce\u0144 finansowych.<\/div>Aktualizacja z dnia 28.10.2021<\/b><\/br>

Na ten moment g\u0142\u00f3wnie walcz\u0119 z os\u0142abieniem organizmu po d\u0142ugotrwa\u0142ym leczeniu onkologicznym, m.in. zaistnia\u0142a konieczno\u015b\u0107 wymiany moich z\u0119b\u00f3w, bo niestety s\u0105 w op\u0142akanym stanie. Utrzymuj\u0119 si\u0119 obecnie z renty w wysoko\u015bci 1290 z\u0142 i moja sytuacja finansowa jest z\u0142a... Nie sta\u0107 mnie na zakup suplement\u00f3w, kt\u00f3re mog\u0142yby pom\u00f3c w odbudowie organizmu, nie wspominaj\u0105c o kosztach leczenia stomatologicznego. B\u0119d\u0119 bardzo wdzi\u0119czna za ka\u017cde wsparcie.<\/p>Aktualizacja z dnia 20.01.2021<\/b><\/br>

26 stycznia rozpoczynam radioterapi\u0119.
